A.W. Medical Billing LLC was founded in September 2020 by Alda Wong right here in Tucson, Arizona. What started as a commitment to give local healthcare providers access to expert, personal billing support has grown into a full-service revenue cycle management company serving providers across Southern Arizona.
We're a family business. Everyone who touches your account is someone who takes that work personally. We don't outsource, we don't hand you off to a call center, and we don't disappear after onboarding. When you need us, you reach us directly.
Over 14 years of combined experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management backs every claim we submit. That experience shows up in the details — knowing which payers are slow, which codes get scrutinized, and how to fight a denial the right way.
Alda is an AAPC-certified billing and coding professional with over 14 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management. She founded AWMB to give Arizona providers the kind of expert, personal service that national companies simply can’t offer.
What "Local" Actually Means
We're based in Tucson. We understand Arizona's payer landscape, AHCCCS rules, and the challenges Southern Arizona providers face. We can meet you in person. That's not something you'll get from a billing company in another state.
